As women in our thirties, we’ve seen many food and fitness trends come and go. There isn’t a fad-diet that we haven’t tried. From Atkins, to Paleo to juice cleanses. And guess what? Almost everything made us miserable.
So we’re now champions of moderation. Kale may or may not be ‘over’. Health experts continue to debate whether women should soy or not.
